Assuming she was dead at the time of the 'rape', which seems doubtful as she is rather 'fresh' (unless this was done the night of the burial or the day after) its not rape. I believe the charge would be abuse of a corpse, or something like that.

Strange,these pics definitely look authentic.But I find it very hard to believe this corpse is still so flexible.The body is in several completely different positions. Rigamortis should have made that body as stiff as brick.  |
