GØÐRËKR - that is a good legal question. Rape is the penetration without her consent. BUT...if you fuck a minor, it is statutory rape, because the law says that she isnt old enough to make an informed choice, so even if she says yes...its not consent. I would say that fucking a corpse, therefore...is completely fucking NUTS!
