Judging by the incision on her torso, this scene took place postmortem. She was probably interred in a sarcophagus and subsequently removed by the necrophile to have his way with her. As you can see by the clothes strewn about, she was most likely fully dressed in a white gown and undergarments before she was raped. Which leads us to the fundamental question;
Is it rape if she is dead?

Her face does show signs of livor mortis as does her right front side. Appears she went to bed and died of an overdose or some other problem. Her body looks to be well nourished and physically fit so I can't see a reason for natural causes.
