A motorcycle Honda Dream C125, a 2008 black color with a number plate, Phnom Penh 1AH-3841, drive by the name of Thy Evan, 18 year old male, currently living in the village of Sambor, Sambour Commune, Lvea Em District, Kandal Province. The driving range is from north to south, when the driver arrives to the scene, the boy hit about 30 meters (died at the scene). The boy is named Thien, a male, aged 10 years old(translation.
