yes, a big recipient of outsourced labor from China. As wages rise in China's factories they are using Vietnamese workers and land. They are partners with both China and U.S.A. capitalist structure. Alas, communist slavocracy sort of doesn't work all that well on it's own, I guess.

I guess they have the worst of both worlds. Living under a communist government. Slave labor at the bottom of the food chain. You would think the government would be looking out for their own workers. But that's the part they left out of their communist plan. |

Vietnam isn't at the bottom of the food chain by a long shot. There is a large expatriate community in the U.S.A. and they are a mentionable trading partner.
