Many times the real truth is never revealed in a court trial.

Bled out? but theres so little blood there a bit strange
I was confused at first as well. The photo is actually of the assault victim Mike Lindsey. He eventually had to take a plea deal for protecting himself.

Going back out outside is what got him into trouble. Sounds like the guy had a shitty lawyer too.

He was probably just a regular working Joe whos daddy wasn't a local judge.

Re: Victim of "Stand Your Ground" Law

Stand your ground? Huh. I've heard of self defense and some states have laws where you can return lethal force inside your home but I've never heard of stand your ground. By the logic of this law I could be anywhere on a 40 acre property at the border picking off Canadians entering the US illegally with a high power rifle because I see them as a threat to all that is good and pure in the US (being flippant on purpose here, calm down you crazy Canucks).

And I agree with previous - the wounds don't jive with the story. Looks like more than beer bottles and a knife were involved.

In the end, the supreme dumbass is the roommate who didn't want to call 911.

Don't start trouble and there won't be any.
