Police shot down a Venezuelan citizen who murdered four people in the south of Bogotá

Moments later, the judicial authorities arrived to carry out the identification inspection of the corpses. The Delegated Prosecutor's Office for Collective Homicide and the Technical Investigation Corps take over the investigation.

Don't worry about it. It would have been nicer if he HAD spent the rest of his life in prison, living rent free. That would have been the best of all possible resolutions. He got off easy.
