Various Deaths
1. On 18th March 2015 in Cabudare, 67 year old G.J.V.D. went missing. 5 days later, his body was found in a pipe under a bridge near La Campiña.   2. March 2018, no info.  3. On the afternoon of 27th April 2018 in Santiago, 29 year old B.G.R. died when she was electrocuted when she opened her refrigerator door.     4. May 2018, no info.  5. On 15th January 2018 in Samaná, 19 year old R.D.G. was found dead. 'R' had been raped + then strangled to death with the cord of a hair dryer. Her hands were tied.   6. On the morning of 16th April 2018 in San Francisco de Macoris, F.J.H. was found dead. He had hanged himself in his bedroom. His workmates described him as responsible + a good companion.

It's not swelling. The ligature was cinched so tight that it is sunk in, rather than the tissue around it being swollen.
