There are at least 4 people alive in the photo's Probably five as it looks like all four in the 2nd picture are alive. They they put the one in pink on the stretcher and the lady in the floral shirt is alive as is the one in the black shirt. It looks like the the other one in the back right has her knee up and they don't cover her face and then there is the guy in the grass.

This happened in 2011 in Ipameri [Brazil], 18 people were involved and 8 lost their lives. The driver of the car was speeding, and drunk: he caused the crash as he has lost control and invaded the opposite lane. Nobody was wearing seatbelts according to the police.
