The ex-convict known as "Black", 22, was executed with three 9mm pistol shots to the head late in the afternoon of Tuesday (14), into a bar.

Edinaldo (Black) shot pool at the Bar when an unidentified man, wearing a yellow shirt and jean shorts parked on the street - the same where the victim lived. The shooter got out of the car and walked about 40 feet to the bar.

He entered the establishment and shot three times at close range, the head of the former inmate. Then the man left the bar and began walking back to the car. Witnesses said the way the accused fired several times into the air, "celebrating" the crime.

The shooter was not found.

According to police, the victim had left the prison system for three months. “Black” had been convicted of illegal possession of firearms and homicide. Although there is no evidence that his death relate to crimes committed by him in the past.
