Syncope would not be a cause of death. I mean EVERYBODY who dies loses consciousness. The cause of death would be whatever caused the loss of consciousness. The most likely causes would be a cardiac arrhythmia or myocardial infarction especially given his obesity.

He doesn't even look fat in his ID though, so could it just be bloating from the climate? Then again most hotels are pretty well air conditioned.

The second bed looked used meaning somebody was relaxing on it at some point because the pillow/s are folded for head and/or neck support. Not only that but there were different types of beer/drink cans on the nightstand too. Even before I noticed those things I figured something shady happened in that room leading to his death. Also great eye regarding the patch on his stomach  Maybe there will be an update  |
