Did you see those crime scene photos? There were like 8 different bullet holes indicated there, plus however many hit her. I reckon most people, when trapped and fearing for their lives in the midst of a hail of bullets are going to need a new pair of undies. Fairly common sight here on DR, especially amongst scenes of violence.

Of course, even the folks who are steady enough to keep it together during the gunplay are probably just going to piss themselves when postmortem primary flaccidity sets in anyhow.
