Looks like it.

Looks like a U.S. morgue. Probably somewhere down in South Texas. Brownsville, Laredo, one of those border towns down there.

What was that photo, I’m sure I’ve seen it here, with the border crosser who ran across the rail tracks and was struck.

The train dragged him across the border into the US. Apparently, he got what he wished for.
