From the splat marks, i'd say he landed facing the direction where he came from. Splat head first and body turned around.

I would be more inclined to say this was a fall from a high place. If his head had been run over it would have been completely flattened. Also don't see any tire tracks. I'm pretty sure he's not on an actual road either. Looks like some kind of concrete pad. Either way his problems are all over.  |
