It was removed post-mortem for the photographs. Look at the rest of the gear she had on. From the looks of the front end of that Bentley, the drunk that killed her swerved over into her lane and she went into the driver's side front of the car at full speed. That explains why the top half of her body was ripped from the legs. Upon impact she flew over the handle bars with such force that when her legs got hung up on the bars the top half of her body seperated above the pelvis. The relatively pristine condition of her face belies the extreme trauma her brain likely endured as a result of the crash. The only reason it's recognizable at all is due to the protection of a helmet. |

She was definitely dragged for several meters by the car to end up the way she did.The guy who did this should be tied and dragged behind a Ferrari at highest speed the car can achieve on a dirt road.
