~ I don't think she was very familiar with the place she was at, but if it was her home, then maybe she was also very drunk, to have just fallen off.
~ Perhaps though, 'freak accident', the backpack may have gotten stuck on the outside of the balcony railing yanking/pulling her out as she turned, & thus contributed to her fall. 'It Happens'.
~ She also looks like she's still arguing.
