That thing on the floor is not his rectum; take this from someone who did a very boring scholarship project on colorectal cancer, that entailed measuring hundreds of rectums in various states of decomposition. It's hard to tell, but there does appear to be some distal bowel trauma. Perhaps it was something he (or someone else) put up his rectum? |
