Two Young Women Strangled
The bodies of two young women, still unidentified, were discovered in a field on Easter Sunday. Both has died by asphyxiation. There was also evidence strongly indicating that both women were raped violently at some point before their deaths. The one in black was strangled with a ligature, presumably a wire of some sort as her throat was lacerated and she bled a lot. Her underpants were also bloody from damage to her genitals. The one in jeans had her entire face caked with dirt and the acting presumption is that she had her head held down in the dirt until she suffocated to death. Her shirt was altered so that her bra was exposed when she was discovered. Her jeans were unbuttoned and lowered to just below her hips. She had also been raped, though with no blood noted in the region. The crotch and thigh of her jeans were stained with urine, however, so it is presumed that her jeans were lowered subsequent to death since they were most likely dampened when her bladder voided during asphyxiation.  Edit Update: The two women have been identified and were apparently a mother and daughter. Still no motive or suspects announced. Have added an antemortem photo of the two as well as a short video shot on the daughter's phone of them dancing together at a club about 8 hours before they were found asphyxiated. |

I hope they weren't clever enough to use condoms, so they can get busted. I also wonder about the forensic capabilities in countries like that. I hope they get some type of justice after being brutalized then thrown out like garbage.

Mexico has roughly the same level of forensic tech we do here in the States. The situation down there just often gives LEOs a strong reason to not dig too deeply into certain crimes.
