Two Women Died and 1 Critical After Road Accident
This happened 12hrs ago. Happened at Koronadal highway in the Philippines. Students of "Zamboanga del Sur Maritme Institute of Technology" Two girls dead on the spot, while the other one was rushed to the hospital. |

They need stricter scooter or motorcycle laws over there or something. It's like no one watches out for these things.

Maybe a bike lane/path and helmets - but, I do agree, something needs to be done. In Peachtree City, Georgia they have golf cart paths everywhere. These paths are not on the main roads, but still lead to grocery stores, fast food, schools, housing, just about everything. |

^ They have those here in Florida as well, mostly in the higher end retirement area's, but I'm all for it, it's nice to be able hop on the golf cart and hit the store real fast.

I only lived there for a year and since I was only 15 (no DL, yet) it helped in being able to get around. Holland was smart in making bike lanes, too. So you can't tell me that no one has ever thought about coming up with a better idea there. How many people have to die first? (I miss FL. We didn't have retirement communities in the Panhandle.) |
