Two Teenage Girls Died by the Wheels of a Dump Truck
Two Cambodian school children (16 & 19 yo) were traveling along with a man on a motorcycle when a dump truck hit them and the two ended up being run over by the wheels of the truck while the man was seriously injured. What shocked bystanders most was that the parents of the girls arrived soon after and were crying near their deceased children. Trucker fled the scene and hasn't been identified yet.       |

What's weird is seeing the parents spending these moments with their deceased children, while talking on their cell phones.  |

Take a look at all the missing lug nuts on the truck wheel. Obviously it wasn't maintained at all.
