The likely scenario probably was the car was waiting behind the first truck, only to have the driver in the other truck crash due to....he wasn't paying attention is my guess.....

I did a brief search behind this pic, the ambulance is legit, from a town in LA, but couldn't find any background info, and a wreck like this would have records somewhere right?? I couldn't find any.

Its not the same car, it was just to show you what car was between the two trucks otherwise no one would have a clue as to what type of car it is.
