Two Men Killed in Prison Riot, One Was Beheaded
These two men were killed and one of them beheaded during a prison riot in South America. Looks like they ended up dying in some crappy bathroom inside the prison.

I was thinking the same thing with the staging. I was also surprised neighborhood children didn't spray paint his head black and white and play football (soccer) with it.
