vehicle nearly undamaged
men in picture seem unhurt minus the fatal (pretty much head only) injuries.
men very near the vehicle, not a dozen feet away.

I have a hard time believing this was a motor accident, this looks like, from the amount of blood, to be headshot to the man nearest the person taking these pictures, and perhaps a less blood producing shot to the second man. However the fact that both shots are unseen seems odd, so I could be wrong of course.

But then again the second guys pants are down, and while he only has minor injuries on his body, his head is clearly mashed up, but then why is the driver still pretty much in the driving seat nearly unmoved?

i gotta say im with columbo on this one, its hard to crash a bike at any speed and stay in the seat.......proven through personel experience.

What a shame. That scooter was the pride and joy of the family. I hope they were able to restore it!
