I've eaten gator. It's tasty. Perfectly legal in the United States. It's tough if undercooked, so you have to cook it longer than you think you should.

People are so proud when they kill some creature, we are moving into they're territory, all the land is being built on. So if they make the best of a bad situation by making a meal out of some intruder then good for them!

Now days, with the way people are finding so many things to do with a Crocodile or an Alligator, there is very little wasted. The meat is sought after numerous chefs and a lot of places are now serving the meat. The skin, you already know how valuable that is. Even the bones and scraps left over are sent to processing plants to mix in and make various animal feeds. It is turned into a sickening, smelly goop that is transported in tanker trucks, to chicken feed meal plants, fish food plants, and pet food makers. To see what it just about looks like, just take a look and one of the floaters, or one of the advanced decomp bodies, and just imagine it being ground up, sort of like ground meat for burgers, but it smells like shit, and looks like shit, and you would certainly would NOT want to make a burger with that...  |
