18th March 2017, Pursat Province, Cambodia - the dead bodies of two hanged men were found in separate, unrelated locations. One of the men was apparently in huge amounts of debt, and the other had an undisclosed chronic illness. I can personally relate to the ill man's plight. I have no idea why the bunch of random kids decided to be in on the act.
