On February 21, a 26-year-old woman driving a motorcycle overtaking a car in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, scraped and crashed into a railing, causing injuries to the rider, who died on February 23 after an ineffective rescue attempt. The reporter learned from a Tiantai biker that she was a well-known tattoo artist in Tiantai County and was driving a KTM390duke motorcycle at the time of the incident.
