Two Female Bartenders Tortured and Killed
Two 26 year old friends, both working as bartenders at the same bar, were abducted from their place of employment on Saturday by several armed men. Their bodies were discovered a few hours later lying on a dirt road near the place they were lifted from. The one in the pink shirt had had her tongue cut out while still alive and was then strangled to death with a plastic cord. Her friend in the blue shirt (pictured alive in the antemortem photo) had been slowly suffocated to death by having her nose and mouth wrapped with a heavy cloth. A sign was lying on the back of the tongueless woman that read "This will happen to all who betray me." and was signed with the name of a local criminal dignitary. It is believed that the women were driven to this road in a vehicle and then killed on the spot, due to the presence of blood underneath the first girl's savaged mouth. The blue-shirted girl's wrists were bound behind her and it would appear that she was likely pushed forward and forced prone while being suffocated, as she emptied her bladder into her shorts, but only the front and side are stained with urine as opposed to the rear if she'd been seated. The brother of one of the two girls (which one was not disclosed) was also attacked the same morning, being shot while riding his motorcycle. Whether the assaults happened due to his actions, the girls' actions, or both has not been established.  ·  ·  · |
