That's a FIAT Fiorino and AFAIK it may reach a top speed of 147/150km/ph, maybe 155 but only if Jesus Christ in person will push you. However, you never know what the fuck they do to their engines in Brazil, and that's the speed that was being recorded by the speedometer right in the moment of the crash.
