A Municipal Police officer from Mara and a motorcycle taxi driver died in a traffic accident in the Cuatro Bocas area of the Zulia municipality. The fatal accident occurred early on Monday, September 4th, when the police officer and the motorcycle taxi driver collided head-on with a Chery-brand car and died immediately.

The police officer from the Mara municipality was identified as E.L.F., an active-duty officer. The other deceased individual was only identified as E. - his left arm and leg were ripped off in the collision.

Additionally, another person involved in the tragedy was traveling in the Chery vehicle and was transported to a healthcare center with serious injuries.
