In Estância Velha, Rio Grande do Sul, two men - identified as 43-year-old Jose C.G. and 26-year-old Mateus d.B.L., were shot dead inside a house. In addition to the victims, there were two women and a child at the address, who witnessed the action.

According to witnesses, at least six individuals wearing black berets, dark clothes and boots posed as police officers, broke down the door and broke into the house. One of the victims was taken out of the house and shot, while the other was shot in the kitchen.
