The only problem with this situation is the 2nd guy still looks like he's alive. If I had been the cop, they would have found him in a ditch somewhere, after I spent about 3 days interogating him with a soldering iron to find out who sent him, so I could round THEM up as well. There are plenty of ditches, and a big benefit to society in filling them up with criminals.

He was trying to kill both of them you dumbass...one of them just happened to get lucky when he ran. And just an FYI...in almost any part of the world if someone tries to kill you, you have the right to self-defense...which means up to and including killing them.
