No. It went through the base of the skull, flattened out, and pushed out through the tip of his nose.
That bullet is either a truncated cone or it tumbled and came out backwards. That's not a flattened bullet.

Looking at that, I'm going with the latter, and you're seeing the base of the bullet

Actually, that's what I thought it was at first glance. It comes close to matching the stud in his ear. Are we absolutely sure that it is a bullet?
