If you look closely, you can see the tire marks on his pants. Also, there is a dollar bill next to the coke can that nobody has mentioned for some strange reason.

It looks like somebody laid that Diet Coke can, and dollar bill on him. Probably his belongings, and they placed them with him while getting him ready for the body bag. The can may have had some sort of drug residue in it. Yep...playing Columbo again. I just noticed his man boobies are purple.  |
