The before picture is indeed that kid who stuck his head out of a bus, but I find it hard to believe that this is him. They were supposedly heading to a Sweet 16 birthday party which I'm going to safely assume that the kids would be better dressed than the guy in the picture. Also, they said he was pronounced dead at the hospital but this guy looks as if he had been laying on the ground for some time. This all happened on a bus, at night, so if there were pictures taken of this kid before he was hauled off to the hospital, it wouldn't be outside or in the daylight.
