Tram Killed This Woman
In an accident like this, can people successfully sue the train management? Considering it's running on a fixed track, are there still liabilities?

You said it yourself "fixed tracks", people are responsible to keep an eye when the tram is coming, although Trams have breaks, probably the driver (engineer) didn't have much time to stop. Either she wanted to kill herself or was a dumb bitch.

Maybe she can sue the tracks, just watch, some lawyer will come on late night TV and say "Did you get killed by a Train? You can sue for a fortune, just call me at 555 LAW DOGGY"
