Attorney General of the State of Guerrero, Mexico confirmed that the police received an anonymous tip that there was a dead body under the infamous Solidarity Bridge (Puente Solidaridad) in Iguala. Authorities recovered the remains of a male whom they later identified as 24 year old Jonathan López Vitrago. The victim was suspected to have been captured by an armed group on 7 September. His body showed signs of beating and torture, his hands were tied and he was shot. After the corpse was thrown off the bridge, it barely resembled human shape. Another brutal narco execution Mexico style.

Thinking the same.
Think story is with second pic as it says "remains" meaning not much to make of the body.
