Tortured and Executed (pix & Info)
A man tortured and executed, was found beside Road Apatzingán-Cuatro Caminos, Michoacán, on the morning of yesterday. The act provoked an intense mobilization by elements of corporations, who arrived in the municipality of Parácuaro.
