Torso with Missing Arms and Legs Found Floating in a River
Thailand, Yesterday a floating torso was found in a river after Saturday a leg and foot was spotted by a ferry boat captain and arms were found rotting next to the river. The police concluded the victim was a male and on the wrist of one of the found arms tape was found so the suspicion is that he was the victim of a criminal act.        |
