Arm?? Its his lower leg witch is amputated.. and yes I think also it is an infection.. looks like it is where the stitching was

Same thing happened to my dad. Only, not quite so dramatic and gross, and he is all well and dandy now. My point: probably had his leg amputated, and while recovering developed a MRSA infection. MRSA infections are easily spread in hospitals and often deadly.

It's a flesh eating bug...A Staff infection. They rarely heal. Just seeps all the time until most likely septicaemia sets in and you die.
