I've never seen the foaming mouth in conjunction with a shooting, only overdose and poisoning. Maybe he had rabies and their best medical treatment is a bullet to the abdomen. |

You are indeed correct, sir. In the year or so since I made that comment I have seen some drowning victims with the same foaming action of the mouth. It has been duly noted and added to my list of things seen.  |
