Two dead at the scene and one pronounced at the hospital a man infiltrated a popular club and opened fire on a group of young women, aged 27, 25, and 22. According to witnesses, the man entered the club with a large arrangement of balloons in his hands. Once he reached the room where the three women were, he produced a pair of firearms from the balloon bouquet and started shooting.

The club was closed at the time, with only the three women and a small number of others drinking privately on the second floor. Because the killer entered during off-hours and approached the three women directly, it is being treated as a planned assassination rather than a random act of violence.

Neighbors say that the club is often used for drug trafficking, but that the police ignore complaints. The two on the floor were identified as Venezuelans. Women from Venezuela are often lured into sex-trafficking schemes or used as drug mules, both under the pretense of legitimate work, so it is possible that the girls were escourts, prostitutes, or drug mules. They are often brought into the country as 'models' and then not allowed to leave .

The one who was transported to the hospital DOA was a Guatemalan.

Quality is what it is. I was lucky to find the postmortem images at all, tbh. 95% of the news sites omitted or heavily censored them.

These days, there simply isn't enough quality gore content available to get too bent out of shape about resolution of the image.

Without the explanation, I would have guessed they broke their necks falling down the stairs wearing those absurdly high heels.
