This case is 10 months old.

It happened in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines on July 29, 2016. Here's the description: (Take note that I omitted the first part of the article because it is not related to the case)

Meanwhile, at around 4 o'clock in the morning earlier, a certain Jason Boclatan and 2 unidentified females was discovered lifeless inside a 1995 black Toyota Corolla Sedan parked in Tacloban DZR Airport apron.
According to a witness, after hearing a multiple gunshots, he saw a group of male person on board a motorcycle speeding from the crime scene towards the direction of Tacloban downtown area.
Authorities were able to recover 16 empty shells of caliber 45 pistol in the crime scene and 3 white placards also with a sign saying "Drug Pusher Ako, Lord Patawad" [I am a Drug Pusher (Dealer), Lord Forgive Me].
The sign "Drug Pusher Ako, Lord Patawad" written on the four placards were of the same handwriting, however Tacloban PNP Director PS/Supt. Rolando Bade has not yet confirmed the information that the suspects who is held responsible for the crime are all members of one vigilante group.
As of this posting, PS/Supt. Bade has not also confirmed the allegations that the victims are involved in illegal drug activities.
Motive of the crime is yet to be determined.

Yes, indeed they might. But this doesn't explain the large wet areas of the gray dress worn by the girl slumped on the left rear seat. Pee stains wouldn't spread upward like that, against gravity. I guess that she leaked both blood and water from the wounds to her upper torso.
