At about 5:20 in the afternoon on April 23, 2018, a Toyota Hilux reportedly veered right into the opposing lane and collided head-on with a Perodua Myvi at kilometer 30 on the Bota Kanan to Teluk Intan road near Kampung Gajah, Perak, Malaysia, police said. Three members of the Myvi driver's family were killed.

Two women were killed after their car collided with a four-wheel-drive vehicle (4WD) at Jalan Teluk Intan-Kampung Gajah near here today.

According to a fire spokesman, his side received an emergency call on the accident at 5.09 pm.

He said the accident involving a Perodua Myvi car was injured by two men with a man who collided with a Toyota Hilux 4WD vehicle.

"Two victims were confirmed at the scene by a medical officer while three injured men were taken to the hospital using an ambulance.
