This isn't a new event. Four years old, in fact. And a few of the images have made the rounds, as it were, in the 'shock site' circles. But I've never seen the entire set assembled without watermarks and it has never been posted here at DR to my knowledge. I certainly couldn't find it if it has been.

Car with three people in it (35 year old man and 50 year old woman in the front, 20 year old girl in the back) was passing a loaded semi-truck on the left, while rounding a fairly sharp curve. Unfortunately for them, in a 'Final Destination' style run of bad luck, the truck driver lost control and flipped his cab onto its side. This resulted in his load, a few dozen tons of crushed aluminium, coming free from the trailer and landing right atop the sorry ass passing car.

The weight of the aluminium crushed all three passengers as it actually flipped the car upside down with the weight of the impact. Both women died immediately at the scene, while the man perished en route to the hospital.

The older woman is the one in the pink shirt, still stuck in the front seat and the unfortunate younger woman is the one photographed multiple times after being pulled free from the wreckage.
