Three Drug Traffickers Shot Dead in Brazil
Earlier this week officials of the Department of Special Operations (DEOESP)and Civil Police carried out an operation against drug trafficking in Tupi neighborhood in Belo Horizonte.

According to reports, the miscreants were inside a red Fiat Palio on Rua Carlos Estêvão when the confrontation started. Agents that have countered the shots managed to hit 4 criminals.Three of them died on the spot and the fourth one was hit in the leg and was taken to the Hospital Risoleta Neves by the Mobile Emergency Service (SAMU).No agent has been injured.

At the scene they found one .38-caliber revolver and a pistol. In operation, 13 kg of cocaine and crack were seized and 9 people were arrested. The bodies of the suspects were collected and sent to the Medical Legal Institute (IML) of Belo Horizonte.
