Three Chinese Women Drown in Thailand: Chen Mengyuan, 2016; Huang Puying, 2018
Three Chinese women died in separate drowning incidents at Koh Lipe and Koh Samet between 2016 and 2018. One woman was pulled from the water at Koh Lipe on February 11, 2016, and rescuers performed CPR after bringing her ashore. Chen Mengyuan, 23, disappeared while swimming off Sai Kaew Beach on Koh Samet on December 5, 2016. Friends saw her shouting for help before she went under. Rescue workers and friends searched the water and administered first aid before she was taken to hospitals on Koh Samet and in Rayong. Huang Puying died while snorkeling in shallow water off Pattaya Beach on Koh Lipe on January 25, 2018. She was found still wearing her snorkel at about 5 p.m. Police initially suspected that she had suffered a cramp. Her body was sent to Satun Hospital for an autopsy.  ·  ·  · |

2. On 5th December 2016, Ms. Chen drowned at a beach on Koh Samet. She was 23 years old and working as a UN officer in Thailand. She was on vacation with five other friends at the time of her death.

3. On 26th January 2018 Ms. Huang drowned while snorkeling on Koh Lipe.

If Chinese people worry about appearing naked on DR, then they can take themselves to another country and have an accident, and can die peacefully knowing that their nibs and kitty cat wont appear on DR. It's the Chinese girl's choice ...

My office staff has a young chinese girl, and I made sure she went to weeks of swim lessons. Mom cannot swim ... and refuses to learn.
