I have seen these pictures together with some video footage of the executions, a few years ago on ogrish.com The story that whent with it at that time was that they were murderers being executed.   |

It seems odd to see somebody wearing a sweater being executed.  Usually, they are in prison garb or a kimono of some sort. |
