Thieves Get Their Hands Cut Off
MEXICO, Seven suspected thieves were left with mutilated hands in a gap of Tlaquepaque, municipality of the western Mexican state of Jalisco, by a self-styled "antirratas elite group", and one of them died, the municipal police said.  Eduardo Palacios, commander of Tlaquepaque Police said the victims may have been previously kidnapped, but stated that investigations continue.  One of the attacked was found dead next to a poster with a handwritten message containing the message "This happened to us pickpockets" and warnings for burglars. |
