The story is the same as other posts: Drug cartels catch someone, torture them as "gory" as they can and then kill them.

First two pics, Guy with "face-off"
The rest, guys tortured, skin taken off and then THE HEART!! just like the ancient mayans used to do. (notice the hole on the chest)
