Thailand - Decomposing Man Found Bound in a Sack in River
On 26th February 2013 in Bang Phlat (Thailand), a man was found dead. A sack was found floating in the Chao Phraya River. When it was opened, it revealed the decomposing body of a man. His hands, feet + neck were bound.

Doesn't matter. When the organs start to decompose they give off gasses. That's what makes the body buoyant.
